I recently had the pleasure of staying at a new and fully-equipped apartment in downtown. the owner, Carlos, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent support throughout my stay. He even arranged for a transfer from the port and took me to a fantastic restaurant for dinner. the apartment itself was spacious and had everything I needed, including a welcome set of delicious local products. Carlos's detailed recommendations helped me explore the island, and I enjoyed dining at the places he suggested. The location was convenient, with the city center within walking distance. Cons: Could not be improved in any way 😊.

The host was incredibly helpful and provided us with useful tips before our trip. There was also a lot of information available in the apartment, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome package consisting of local produce waiting for us upon arrival. the location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.

The beds in the apartment were quite hard, which was a bit uncomfortable for some of us. some of the furniture was a bit dated and had stickiness issues when trying to use the drawers.

We were delighted with the spaciousness of the apartment and the convenience of having 2 bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare breakfasts and our last meal. The apartment felt like a home away from home by the end of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Ponta Delgada, with many pastry shops nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. Having a washing machine was a great bonus. Despite some minor issues with the beds and furniture, we were overall very happy with our stay at T3 In Downtown. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ponta Delgada.

We had a fantastic stay at T3 In Downtown! the location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and airport. We felt safe walking to town and enjoyed the convenience. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home.
